Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CutServe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

CutServe provides desktop and iPhone applications for roundnet video editing, plus a website for account management, billing, and documentation. The desktop app offers automatic rally detection; the iPhone app lets you mark rallies as you watch.

Video processing happens locally on your device. We do not host, store, or transmit your video files.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person; do not share login credentials.

4. Plans & Billing

• Free — limited to 3 total exports.
• Lifetime Founding Price ($30 one-time) — unlimited exports, all future updates.

Desktop purchases are billed through Stripe; iPhone in-app purchases are billed through Apple. A Pro purchase unlocks unlimited exports for the same CutServe account across desktop and iPhone. Prices may change for future customers.

5. Refunds

Desktop lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days if you have not used the product to export a video. For iPhone in-app purchases, request a refund from Apple under its App Store policies.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse-engineer the application, circumvent export limits, use automated tools to abuse the service, or redistribute the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

CutServe is provided “as is.” We are not liable for data loss, missed recordings, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
